EYB Partner Institution

CompuBase International is the first Partner Institution for the International Labor Organization (ILO) Expand Your Business program in Jordan. CompuBase International is authorized to offer this program which was specifically designed by the ILO for Jordanian SMEs. This one of a kind program integrates two main components, namely: Training and Counseling on the four key aspects of the business in order to enable SMEs to achieve their potential of growth.

EYB Program Description

The EYB program is an integrated support package targeted at Growth-Oriented Enterprises (GOEs) with a strong ambition to exploit their growth potentials. The EYB Program was developed for Jordan by the International Labor Organization to fulfill the following objectives:

• Assisting small to medium enterprises to develop their strategic growth plans.

• Strengthening business systems in the functional areas of strategic marketing, strategic human resources and strategic financial management based on the strategic growth plans.

Participating mangers and/or owners from the SMEs will be awarded certificates by the ILO upon completion of their business growth plans to the satisfaction of the EYB certified training consultants.

The Program is delivered by ILO certified training consultants, who have proven experience in business training and consultancy and are trained specifically to deliver this Program.

Program outline:

The EYB Program focuses on four Modules specifically prepared to help SMEs realize their ambition for growth. These modules are:

• Strategic Management (SM)

• Strategic Marketing Management (SMM)

• Strategic Human Resources Management (SHRM)

• Strategic Financial Management (SFM)
